EMI leads as a
world class supplier of prototype and low volume metal stampings,
trim moldings, specialty items, sub-assemblies and aftermarket sheet
metal.

supplier of sheet metal body panels, heat shields, fuel tank
stampings, bracketry, extrusions, co-extrusions, roll form section
and complete trim packages. Manufacture and assembly of instrument
panels, body sides, doors, hoods, deck-lids, underbodies and
complete Bodies-in-White with MIG, TIG, Arc, and AC/DC resistance
welding.
We manage quality, cost and
delivery with complete in-house capabilities. EMI
operates a self-contained zinc alloy (Kirksite) foundry with a
pouring capacity of 60,000 lbs.
We produce prototype and production check fixtures for any
application.
Utilizing the leading CAD applications to accommodate all customer
requirements. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) enables precision
and efficient setups throughout our manufacturing process.
Predictive die form simulation results in proactive in efficient and effective
tool design.
Complete Body-in-White to instrument panels and door frames.
Providing assemblies with MIG, TIG, Arc and AC/DC resistance
welding.
EMI possesses an array of CNC Milling machines with an operating window of
1500mm x 3050mm
for manufacturing foam patterns, tooling and check fixtures.
EMI utilizes Brown & Sharp Xcel
and Wenzel Coordinate Measuring Systems equipped with Open PCDMIS applications. Our maximum measuring envelope is 3000 mm
x 6000mmx 1800mm.
